Clinton Students Learn about Inclusion

On March 21, Clinton Elementary School students celebrated World Down Syndrome Day with an assembly co-presented by two of Clinton's very own teachers Teresa Jackson and Connie Roy, both parents of children with Down Syndrome. A panel of families shared about Down Syndrome to help raise awareness about what it is, how we are more alike than different and how people with Down Syndrome play an active and vital role in our lives and our community.
